IKONOS Imagery, 5m Resolution

Space Imaging owns and operates the IKONOS satellite, the world’s first commercially available satellite with one-meter black and white, four-meter multispectral imagery.

Space Imaging has the exclusive rights to distribute digital imagery outside of India from the Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites with resolutions ranging from five meters to wide area coverage at 180 meters. Space Imaging also has the rights to distribute digital imagery to the U.S. government's National Imagery and Mapping Agency from the Canadian RADARSAT satellites with resolutions ranging from eight to 100 meters. Space Imaging also distributes European ERS imagery with 30-meter resolution, and has access to an archive of imagery from the 18-meter resolution Japanese Earth Resource Satellite (JERS).
